Northern Lights Appraisals is looking for Designated DAR, DAC, CRA and AACI appraisers for contract work in Calgary and surrounding area. We are also looking for a CRA or AACI appraiser for Edmonton area.

• Understanding of the need for high customer satisfaction and for quality work.
• A Designated DAR, DAC, CRA or AACI appraiser in good standing and have a working knowledge of appraisals and real estate in local market
• Willing to work throughout local service area using your own transportation.
• Motivated to work from home (Own your own computer, digital camera and measuring tool).
• A professional with excellent, proven organizational and time management skills
• An Honest, Committed, and a reliable team member with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self motivated, self directed, and able to initiate and complete work in an unsupervised setting
• Excellent computer skills (software programs including CRAL, Click-Forms, MS Word, Excel, and internet software.
